Now in English :)
The trip started from Salta to La Quiaca (Argentinean border), 8 hs, with a stop in every little town and an old lady sitting next to me and taking a seat and a half.. conclusion: couldn´t sleep at all!
Once in La Quiaca crossed the Argetinean border and walked to Villazón, Bolivian border. It was really easy to find a bus ticket to Tupiza where I´d meet up my friends Keith, Bass and Pete.
As soon as I crossed the border the "cholitas" could be seen (cholitas is the name of the women dressed with the typical Bolivian outfit) with the top hats and wide knee high skirts carrying the "guaguas" (kids) on their backs.

After 3 hs trip to Tupiza the beautiful Bolivian landscapes could be appreciated by just entering the place through a stone tunnel.

Tupiza
Tupiza is a little town located to the south of Bolivia, in Potosi department with a population of 22,000 aprox. It´s very quiet and you can find more tour agencies than people :).
Meanwhile the guys were on their way to Tupiza I started researching on tours to Uyuni Salt Lake. There is a variety of these, all in 4WD, since road conditions are not the best in many areas in Bolivia.
